| Dimensions | At first I really liked this cup, it kept my water cold and ice stayed intact for at least 8 hours. The lid is a little difficult to remove though. But then, after less than a week I noticed rust in the bottom of the cup. I contacted the seller and was told just to return it to Amazon but I wanted to reach out to Hydro Flask directly because all of their products are supposed to have a warranty. After 3 days I received an email back telling me to scrub it with baking soda paste and if that didn’t work I can send in the product for an exchange but I would be responsible for shipping. Since the rust is right on a seam, that would lead me to believe it is a manufacturing defect and I really don’t want to have to scrub it with baking soda paste every 5 days. I have had a 22 ounce Hydro Flask for 3 years and have never had any issues with it whatsoever. I am extremely disappointed in this company (Hydro Flask, not the seller here on Amazon), if I am going to spend $40 on a drinking cup with a warranty why are they not willing to stand behind it? |

I know that I need to drink at least three full tumblers of water every day to be properly hydrated and having the straw lid makes it SO MUCH EASIER to meet that goal. It’s easy to clean too. I guess the only thing that is challenging is the size. It barely fits in my car cup holders and its definitely not the easiest thing to just carry around, but honestly I don’t really care. I bought it for the purpose of finding a way to drink enough water per day. I love the color and the functionality. I’ve been impressed with how well it is sealed even with the straw lid. 10/10 would highly recommend. |

When I pour the hot liquid inside, it doesn’t heat up on the outside at all when I hold it, and that is a plus. But it keeps the temperature too well that I cannot even drink it right away. Even without the lid, I have to let the hot drink to cool down for about an hour before I can drink it. Just keep that in mind so that you wouldn’t burn yourself. The tumbler itself is a bit big for me, but it makes sense when it can hold a fair capacity.
