| Dimensions | I have to admit that I did not read the description correctly and thought I was getting a water bottle AND a strap/case- So I was disappointed initially- but then I discovered that the strap was very easy to use on my existing bottle and that is was incredibly sturdy- the straps and holders I have had in the past always ripped from the heavy weight of my full water bottle after just a little use. I have faith that this cord will last a very long time- a lot longer than the bottles I will use in it, that’s for sure. And it’s unisex . The only thing I don’t like about it I noticed when I was washing the bottle I had the strap attached an it does bleed so just take it off. I haven’t noticed any bleeding on my clothes but then again I had let it dry. For the 12.95 it’s worth it$!! |

I was able to remove the plastic piece and use the rope only, but it really got in the way of twisting the lid on, could close it, just annoying. I use my water bottle constantly and it seemed like it would get old fast. It seemed like even with the plastic in place there still wasn’t a lot of room to easily remove and replace the lid. The length of the full strap was a bit short for me, I would have liked longer for cross body, and with the thickness of the strap it just seemed like it would slip off my shoulder a lot (and that’s annoying enough with purses).That being said, it does seem well made and the rainbow colors are very pretty, and I am pretty bummed it’s just not going to work for me. |
| Material | I’m not sure if the clasp on mine is defective or what, but the extension has popped apart multiple times in the week that I’ve been using it. The final time, my water bottle fell on my foot while I was wearing sandals and bruised it rather badly. The handle itself is lovely and doesn’t seem to have a problem staying attached, but the extender keeps popping apart making it rather useless (and painful!). I’m very disappointed as the goal in buying this was to take my hyrdoflask with me on hikes but I’m not willing to risk it if I can’t even walk around the soccer field without it falling apart. |
