The texture of the outer bottle is a little strange at first but you get used to it. My only complaint is the color doesn’t match what was online. I ordered Violet which looked dark purple. It’s more of a magenta/ pinky purple. |

It feels like there is so much suction in the bottle that you can’t get any thing out through the straw. I figured this was on both but I tried my mother’s and didn’t have any issues at all. I’ve looked all over Mira site to see if I could contact them about it and there was no contact info.. now im stuck with a crappy water bottle.2 stars because my mom’s works perfectly and it still stays cold all the way through out trips. Plus the colors are awesome. I got pink and she got purple. Exactly as pictured. |
| Material | I didn’t even want to give this one star, but I had to so I could warn you NOT TO BUY THIS BOTTLE! First of all, don’t bother putting it in the fridge to chill, it does not even after 10+ hours. The texture of the bottle is like holding sandpaper or gravel. Probably most important, you can’t drink from the straw! That’s right, it takes a Herculean effort to get half a sip of water out of the straw and I do not have the time. What a big disappointment and waste of time. |

The very first day I used it, I loaded it with ice (7AM) and water to have at my desk and when I went to refill the water (about 4 PM)..I was impressed that most of the ice was still in there (the second picture is about 5 when I was on the way home). Then I get home, do whatever, get ready for bed (8-9PM) so I refill it and AGAIN most of the ice was there! I opened it the next morning (7AM) to do the same ice/water initial fill-up and BOOM, low and behold there is still ice remaining. I can’t get over it. I love it even more that it’s not freezing to touch. The bottle itself is cool but by no means uncomfortable to hold. It’s also fantastic that they had my favorite color as an option! Don’t waste any more time and go ahead and buy one. You’ll thank yourself after the first use. |
