| Dimensions | The product is well made and fits perfect for your couch. However, I originally bought it for my car and it does not work well with my Subaru Forester. The depth of my car cup holders is greater than the product and my cup holders are not round but one piece separated by a dividing insert, therefore, the product base does not expand enough to tightened. Measure you car cup holder (my mistake). I will keep it because it does fit my couch and all the water bottles I use on a daily basis. If you are buying it for regular mugs, it only works with travel mug design styles. But if you want to add cardboard or wood at the bottom of the product, it will work with a regular mug. See pictures, hope this helps. |

| Color | The dimensions of this product prevented it from fitting in my cupholders in my 2020 Subaru Forester. The base wasn’t tall enough to hit the bottom of the cupholder, so the top portion was balancing on the rim of the cupholder and wobbled all over the place.It’s a shame because the product is really nice and fit my 40oz Simple Modern water bottle perfectly. I am leaving 4 stars for that reason, but wanted to write a review. Hopefully others who have Foresters will see it and save themselves the hassle of returning.If this company ever made another cup holder expander that had a taller base for deeper cupholders, I would buy it in a heartbeat. |

| Power Source | I needed this for the cup holder in my console as the front one is very narrow. It does make it so that I can fit bigger cups, but has some design flaws. Firstly, when fitting it to the car’s cup holder, once you get it wide enough to do the final quarter turn to secure it, the whole unit spins rather than just the bottom. You have to put pressure on the sides if you have an open space between cup holders like I do in my car to really secure and prevent spinningor potentially scratching the car’s cup holder. I’ve seen on a similar product where you turn to tighten using a mechanism that’s in the cup itself and then you place a coaster over it to hide the turning mechanism. That would have worked well here. Additionally, the little lip (pointed out in the attached picture) prevents the unit from sitting flush to the bottom of the car’s cup holder. See other attached photos. I know it’s blurry, I’m sorry. I couldn’t get my phone to focus that close to show what I mean. I thought I’d lost my popsocket top but found its way under the huge gap seen in the photos. Lastly, the top rim and flaps are a magnet for hair, fibers, dust, etc. If that doesn’t bother you, no big deal, just cosmetic. Overall does what it’s made for, but it could certainly use some improvement. |
