I live where it’s very hot and sunny outside and I really wanted something similar to that “abominable snowman” brand but I hate the price and those tops allow spillage. These tops are far superior. These do a good job keeping a drink cool while hiking in the hot sun. Maybe not as good as expensive brands, but for the price it’s a no brainer for me. Even the straw top is hard to get liquid out with the straw open. I’ve even put carbonated beverages with the straw top and it didn’t leak. Impressive. And the fact that it comes with 3 lids and several amazing styles? I started with 1 and now own 10 as well as several of my friends. It also works great to keep coffee hot. Drawback? The black one does get warm to the touch in desert sun, but not too hot that you can’t touch it. Also if you let a toddler chew on the straw tip it will crack, so probably not for young children. | Color | This design is cute but flawed. This bottle was purchased to keep my water cold over night on my bed side. Unfortunately it has not lived up to all the hype or description. If it is truly triple insulated it’s the thinnest insulation possible. I had a previous bottle that was 1/3rd of the price of this bottle from a local retailer that insulated way way better but unfortunately broke after a year of use. So o ventured to this product to seek a bottle that would work better. I’m lucky if the ice in this bottle stays for maybe 1-2hrs before completely melted. It’s quite a disappointment since the design is cute and I adore the several lids available. But for me this product just didn’t work they way I needed it to. |
