Basically it is a band that is 1/8 inch thick, by 3/4 inch tall, that is made to be just smaller than the diameter of the top of your bottle.You then stretch the band over the top of your bottle, then down so that it sits snug against where the bottle starts to flare.The band is firm, and requires a fair amount of stretching to wiggle it bit, by bit, down the bottle top. For lessor weighted bottles and or shorter duration’s of it being carried it would be ideal.If you are headed for a long walk, with a full 40 or 64oz. bottle, the bouncing that occurs while walking will little, by little, start the work the band back off the top of the bottle, then your bottle drops.The stock lid of the bottle, or a 3rd party lid, will NOT stop the band from coming off the top of your bottle, as the outer diameter of the cap is the same as the inner diameter of the band. |

| Color | I don’t know if I was sent the wrong size in error?But this does NOT fit my 40oz bottle. I purchased the 40oz one and I can’t for the life of me stretch it over the bottle and down under the lip. This is a 2.0 bottle so the previous holder i purchased wouldn’t fit because of it not having the notch at the top. Thought this would be just what I needed but nope….can’t get the rubber part over the lip to sit under the lid. Not sure if I need to get someone stronger? But anything I have to break a nail and get a headache trying to wrestle in place is not meant for me. So bummed this didn’t work out!I could possibly try to use the 64oz but then I’m afraid it’s too big and it’ll slip out, not to mention i needed this for an upcoming trip for the weekend. So dissapointed. |

THis one was for the newer HF where there is no lip on the top. this item does what it says it does and it’s pretty easy to use. the only issue i have is how the paracord ends. ALL of ours have no nubby (LAZY) ENDS. they are all FINISHED and look like it’s one piece and u couldnt really notice the end … but on this one. it was as if the person making it got tired and just put a plastic clip on both ends after they melted it. so meh for the finished product.. if i knew it had the nubby thing i prolly wouldnt have gotten it. but it’s ok. it served its purpose. |
| Power Source | I ordered the 32oz-40z Orange Paracord w/ Compass back in May 2021 when I got my new HydroFlask 2.0. First impression? Immediately impressed by the product it looked beautiful and it held up to its expectations. However at least for me it was a tight snug putting it on, but no complaints really just got to squeeze it in, it’s durable. However only having it for a month I realized as I was admiring the design I noticed the compass was not there. I was really upset by it although my immediate response was to buy it right away. So I got on Amazon and noticed how the 32oz-40z Orange Paracord was out of stock, I got even more upset by it. I just decided to ask a question on the “Ask Question” portion with “when will the 32oz-40z be in stock?” within a couple of hours or more they messaged me implying to contact them. As I did, their customer service is impeccable. They listened and communicated and really accommodated my needs in to finding a solution due to the fact they won’t be restocking the orange any time soon (at least for now, I think I don’t want to assume). All in all I was happy with the product AND their customer service etc. |
