The shale black color doesn’t have the scratch resistant Klean Coat however, these are such a steal that I don’t care. These tumblers are great for coffee, smoothies, and beer. Also, if your black shale tumbler does scratch and it bothers you, the rest of the paint can easily be sanded off to a stainless steel finish. Too big of a deal to pass up, and they wont last much longer. |
| Model Number | I have been using my tumbler for a few years now. Its amazing and works like a charm. It will keep your drinks hot/cold for hours more than a paper cup would. Its very easy to clean and I have even run it through my dishwasher over the years without any issues.I just wish that Klean Kanteen had not stopped making these tumblers cos my understanding is they don’t make even these anymore in the size I have. If you can find one, its is a tumbler you will love for years and it looks good on your office desk too so no embarrassment there. |
