| Dimensions | When I find a product that really excites me, I take the time to write about it and include images. This is one of those great products.My husband and I are adventurous people who spend a lot of time outdoors hiking, camping and kayaking. For years we carried water in plastic bottles that were in insulated sleeves. I was ready to make a healthier choice by carrying our water in Stainless Steel flasks. This meant that our old insulated sleeves no longer worked. We needed a new water-carrying solution. When I found these I was SOLD. What a GREAT idea this is, and it’s a very VERY well made carrying bag!I’ve included pictures to show the bag more close up. The main water carrying bag nicely fits our new 40oz bottles…a very nice and tight fit. I don’t want a loose fit, as I want my bottles to stay in place. The outer pocket easily holds my Android phone with room to spare. I think a small, slim wallet could join it in there, as well as a Chapstick. There are credit card slots inside that outer front pouch…a nice touch! The zipper to the outer pouch has a weather proof “tape” sewn in, to keep those valuables dry in the event of an unexpected rain. The front pocket on the pouch is tiny…perhaps meant for a car key. That too, has waterproof tape across the zipper. When the bag arrives new, the zippers almost look “broken” as the look of the tape kind of fools the eye. But my zippers are all fine…I just had to ope and close them a couple of times to realize that the protective tape was fooling my eyes.If you need to carry water…you just can’t go wrong here.The bag has a nice “grab strap” and a longer cross body strap that is adjustable.I just don’t think that this bag could be any better designed. It was clearly conceived by people who really spend time outdoors. |
